The following employees have been promoted:
- Cheryl McPherson of Stevensville, Maryland has been promoted from Executive Director of VoIP and Technical Support to Executive Director of Sales.
- Jeffrey Sanders of Easton, Maryland has been promoted from Director of CloseCall Advantage (VoIP) and Technical Support to Executive Director of CloseCall Advantage (VoIP).
- Jaime Van Allen of Arnold, Maryland has been promoted from Vice President of Wireline Products to Vice President of Operations.
