calling, today announced that the Board of Director and President & CEO, Tom Mazerski, reached an agreement that extends
his employment through the end of 2004. In addition, three members of CloseCall's management team have been
promoted and will continue to report to Mazerski.
"Protecting our employees' jobs and benefits was my number one priority in negotiating the new deal to continue my tenure through 2004," Mazerski said.The following members of CloseCall America's management team have been promoted:

· Brian Leyda of Odenton, MD: Promoted from Acting Vice President of Wireless Services/Marketing/Corporate Development to Vice President of Wireless Services/Marketing/Corporate Development.
· Jaime Pollock of Glen Burnie, MD: Promoted from Acting Executive Director of Local Service to Executive Director of Local Services.
· Greg VanAllen of Glen Burnie, MD: Promoted from Acting Vice President of Local Service to Vice President of Local Service.
