Three CloseCall America Employees Take on New Responsibilities

    The following changes are now in effect:

  • Laura Back of Annapolis, MD: Previously Customer Service Representative, appointed Specialist Local Services.

  • Deandra Hawkins of Greensboro, MD: Previously Accounts Receivable Specialist, appointed Acting Manager of Dunning/Collections.

  • Barbara Jens of Stevensville, MD: Previously Manager Customer Service, appointed Manager Local Services.
