The following employees are being promoted:

· Nicole Brown of Chestertown, MD: Promoted from Supervisor Assistant to Senior Manager of Customer Service. Nicole has been employed by CloseCall for almost 1 ½ years.

· Shana Ferchak of Stevensville, MD: Promoted from Supervisor Assistant to Senior Manager of Customer Service. Shana has been employed by CloseCall for over 3 ½ years.
