PBLES Plan

The Michigan Public Service Commision requires all local service providers to offer a PBLES (pronounced "peebles") plan which at a minimum offers:

"..the provision of 1 primary line to a residential customer for voice communication and shall include all of the following:

1. Not fewer than 100 outgoing calls per month.
2. Not less than 12,000 outgoing minutes per month.
3. Unlimited incoming calls.

To comply with this order, CloseCall has created a 100 call allowance plan that comes with Call Waiting. The cost for each local call over the 100 call allowance is 6.5¢. There is no restriction in the length of each local call.
