This allows the customer to convert a phone line into a incoming line only. Example: If the resident or business owner has flood or fire damage, CloseCall can convert the line(s) into a Remote Call Forwarding line. This line would only be able to receive incoming calls (like a toll free number) and CloseCall can program the line to always forward to the number of the your choice. Keep in mind when the Remote number forwards you will incur a message unit charge of .08 cents per call. |
