Remote Access Call Forwarding

With Remote Access to Call Forwarding, you can change when and where your calls are forwarded at any time from any touch tone phone.

To Use:
  1. Dial the special access number assigned to you.
  2. Dial your 7 or 10 digit telephone number.
  3. Dial your PIN followed by #.
  4. Press 72 #.
  5. Press 1 to confirm.
  6. Dial the "forward-to" number, including 1+ area code if required, followed by #.
  7. Follow the voice instructions to confirm or change the forward-to number.
To Cancel:

  1. Dial the special access number assigned to you.
  2. Dial your 7 or 10 digit telephone number.
  3. Dial your PIN followed by #.
  4. Press 73 #.
  5. Press 1 to confirm.
