Fixed Call Forwarding

There are 3 different types of Fixed Call Forwarding:
  1. Busy Line automatically forwards when your line is busy
  2. Don't Answer automatically forwards when there is no answer after a predetermined amount of rings
  3. Busy Line Don't Answer automatically forwards when your line is busy or there is no answer after a predetermined amount of rings
When signing up for this feature, the local company will need to know the line number that you will want your calls forwarded to.

Call Wave:
Fixed Call Fowarding is used with the Call Wave feature (which is set up through callwave.com), (we have no control over the Call Wave feature). If you currently have Call Waiting active on your line then you would have to dial *70 in front of the local dial up number for your internet service; otherwise the Fixed Call forwarding will not work - the line will just keep ringing and the incoming call will not be answered. If you set this up correctly, the incoming call will then forward to the Call Wave feature and display a pop up box which will let you know you have an incoming call.
