Call Trace

This allows the customer to trace unlawful, threatening, or harassing phone calls and is available anytime in most areas. Call trace can record most calls from outside your region as long as you do not receive another call in the interim.

To activate:
  1. Hang up.
  2. Turn phone on and listen for dialtone.
  3. Press *57 and follow the prompts.
  4. Stay on the line and listen for a recording that tells you if Call Trace was activated and if the call was successfully traced.
  5. Once you have traced the required number of calls, contact your local law enforcement agency and obtain a complaint number.

  2. To make any changes you can call 1-800-527-7070.
