Call Gate

This allows the customer to restrict outgoing calls with account codes. (The customer will be prompted to set up the account codes.)

Example:
  1. Blocks ALL outgoing calls, except 911 (emergency service) and two emergency numbers that the customer can select never to be blocked.
  2. Blocks all outgoing calls except for the numbers on the "Allowed List", which is a list of up to 20 numbers or individual numbers (i.e. block 410 area code, but allow calls to 410 555-1111).
  3. Block Directory Assistance, and block access to the "O" operator.
  4. Block all International calls (excluding 1 + 10 digit calls to places like Canada and Caribbean).
To Use:
  1. To start call gate you should call 1-888-383-8080.
  2. To make any changes you can call 1-800-527-7070.
