Anywhere-Ultra Call Forwarding

This allows the customer to to forward their calls no matter where you are. Ultra Forward Service lets you forward your calls or change your forward number from any Touch-Tone phone. The first time you use this feature, it must be set up from the line that has the feature.

To Setup:
  1. 1st time use dial ( call from the number that has Call Forwarding):
    1-888-294-1618. Do not block your number by using either Per Call Blocking or Line Blocking when placing this call. If necessary, press *82 to unblock your number.
  2. You will be prompted to enter your 10 digit phone number of the line which you have the forwarding on.
  3. Listen to the prompts to establish your pin number (pin number can be from 4-10 digits- the pin cannot be the last 4,7,or 10 digits of your phone number)

    4. If you forget your pin, call 1-888-294-1618 from the number that has the Call Forwarding on it to re-establish your PIN.
To forward calls from the location the feature is on:
  1. Press *72 on the phone.
  2. After you hear a stuttered dialtone, dial the number you want the calls forwarded to.
To deactivate the forwarding, Press *73.



To forward calls from a remote location:
  1. Dial the Ultra Forward access telephone number 1-888-294-1618. Dial 703-641-7963 if you are calling from an International location.
  2. Enter your 10-digit telephone number (the telephone number on which you have subscribed the feature on)
  3. Enter your PIN, then press the # key
  4. Follow the rest of the prompts.
To deactivate the forwarding from a remote location:
  1. Dial the Ultra Forward access telephone number 1-888-294-1618. Dial 703-641-7963 if you are calling from an International location.
  2. Enter your 10-digit telephone number (the telephone number on which you have subscribed the feature on)
  3. Enter your PIN, then press the # key
  4. Follow the rest of the prompts.
