If I don't like it or it doesn't work, can I cancel?
There is a thirty day trial period for all orders, the trial period begins on the date of successful connection. There is also a 1 year contract which begins on the date of successful connection. If you cancel within the trial period there will be no fees for the kit but the setup fees will not be credited, if you cancel after the trial period is over there will be a $175 fee for early termination of your contract. Setup fees and kit cost are not refunded if canceling after trial period.

How do I cancel?
We will accept Call Ins within the first thirty day trial period to cancel services. If you want to cancel after the first thirty days, due to the contract, we will require something in writing. A written request can be sent via email to accounts@closecall.com, or to P O Box 1150 Stevensville MD 21666 Attn: DSL Department, or a note can be included in your monthly bill payment and remittance slip.
